請問調任到低官等委任職務的問題

假設我現在是薦任7職等一般行政職系。想轉人事行政職系,

如果自願調任到(P03-P05),是不是要以P05 任用?

1.指的是領5職等的俸點囉?或是可領7職等本俸加5職等專業加給??

2.需調任多久才可取得人事行政職系銓敘資格

3.取得人事行政職系銓敘資格後,可否回頭找(P07-P09)的職缺,是否可以P07 任用
