龍頭變龍尾　亞銀降台成長目標至四小龍之末

【陳智偉／綜合外電報導】受中國、印度2大經濟體走疲及美國QE（Quantitative Easing，量化寬鬆）醞釀退場影響，亞洲開發銀行（亞銀）下修新興亞洲今、明成長目標，台灣2013年由3.5%大砍1.2個百分點至2.3%，2014年也由3.9%降至3.3%，由原本亞洲四小龍之首退居之末。
 
亞銀在《2013亞洲發展展望》（ADO 2013）更新報告中，調降新興亞洲整體成長目標，2013年下修0.6個百分點至6.0%，2014年調降0.5個百分點至6.2%，區內最大經濟體中國2013年、2014年目標雙雙調降0.6個百分點，分別由8.2%降至7.6%、8.0%降至7.4%。
 
亞洲四小龍之中，香港2013年成長目標雖由3.5%降至3.2%，但躍居成長龍頭，南韓則持平為2.8%，新加坡則持平為2.6%；2014年成長目標，香港持平為3.8%，南韓、新加坡同步由3.7%降至3.5%。
