王金平：監院自己最清楚怎麼修

對於監察院長王建煊提出修憲討論監院存廢的想法，並點名立法院要主動提案修憲。立法院長王金平對此相當低調，他表示，不予評論，但是王建煊點名立院，王金平說，要怎麼修應該是監察院最清楚，還是要由監院先提出想法。
