【林志青╱台北報導】全國同步掃黑今進入第2天，警方破獲牛埔幫、竹聯幫梅花堂、天道盟太陽會、大樹林幫涂樹會等18個幫派，逮捕黑道幫派犯罪組織主嫌6人、共犯31人。
 
其中牛埔幫大哥劉泰銘，涉嫌教唆幫眾聯合竹聯幫孝堂的惡勢力，橫行台北市中山區，並結合詐騙集團，對地攤業者訛騙坑殺、強索金錢，遭識破後，還將被害人圍毆致其昏死。
