我想搭配網路買這台Samsung Tab 3 8.0
請問其中『月繳199即可享無線飆網400費率』這句話的意思是說
原本每月400的網路費變成只要月付199嗎?

那麼如果我選第三個方案
3.月繳199即可享無線飆網400費率(需連續使用無線飆網400型資費共24個月)
在合約期間內，總共要繳的金額是
月租費4776(199*24)+商品價8990=13766元嗎?
如果是這樣，算起來第三個方案所要繳的總金額最少耶

另外我是想以續約的方式申辦
選這台的原因是因為它可以打電話又有平板功能
