租屋遇到的事

昨天搬進去新租任的房子
發現了幾個不開心的事:

1.打開衣櫃，裡面有四個小電表(等於大家的電表都在我房裡)
2. 因為是客廳隔間，所以大家的電線都在我房裡
3. 廣告及合約中註明為第四台，結果開了電視才發現是機上盒，這差很多好嗎?
跟房東反映，他說其他人也是看機上盒，他們很忙，看都看不完了。這下可好，房東說要加收100改為MOD。
請問其他大大，有關租屋，你們有類似經驗嗎?昨天搬進去新租任的房子
之前那女生住步道三個月，工作就丟了，簽約完時房東才說
真有點傻眼，一年!!我得住一年啊
