黃世銘洩密案 北院完成分案

檢察總長黃世銘被控涉嫌洩密等案件，經台北地檢署起訴後，檢方今天下午將全案移審台北地方法院。法院收件後隨即電腦分案，抽出由受命法官陳智暉、陪席法官朱家毅、審判長彭慶文組成的合議庭審理本案。

特偵組監聽立委柯建銘電話，揭發關說案，台北地檢署陸續接獲多起民眾的告發案，除了控告特偵組檢察官鄭深元、楊榮宗外，督導辦案的黃世銘也同樣因為在案件偵結前將關說案報告總統，被控涉嫌洩密。檢方偵辦後，以洩密等罪嫌起訴黃世銘，至於鄭深元、楊榮宗因犯罪嫌疑不足，做出不起訴處分。全案目前已進入法院審理階段。
