真要命,鄰居地下室營業結果在外牆放置五台高達1.2M空調日夜開轉,造成隔壁住戶很大困擾
跟市府申訴,完全無效
超過1.2m不是違建嘛?又置於外牆?結果市府說冷氣是家電,不算違建
噪音說不超過環境噪音,也不算

結果關窗以後,震動加上噪音,讓鄰居住戶難以正常作息
