上周烏龍公文 衛福部參事建議撤銷

衛生福利部上周三發出烏龍公文，立委爆料有「高主任」向衛福部高層獻策，撤銷原公文，將事件定調為誤繕公文。衛生福利部次長許銘能上午在立法院先否認有「高主任」，中午澄清當時法規會參事高宗賢建議註銷公文。

許銘能表示，當時發現衛福部歷次會議紀錄，都沒有要求油品下架，但烏龍公文已發出，由於高宗賢具背法制專長，才建議補文註銷下架公文。

為何第一時間否認有高姓幕僚獻策，許銘能表示，媒體一直說是高主任，但部內姓高的同仁很多，就是沒有高主任。許銘能直到媒體點名高宗賢，才證實確有此人，這件事情絕對沒有廠商施壓。
