組織改造搬遷 衛福部曾遇陣痛

文化部、勞委會等政府機構在新莊副都心砸數億裝修辦公大樓，事後卻不願搬遷。衛生福利部多年前也曾面臨中部辦公室員工不願北遷、抗拒到台北工作難題，後來衛福部採取「就地安置、出缺北補」方式，並未強制中部員工需在台北同棟大樓辦公，透過逐步整併來度過陣痛期。
