「非人類」權利組織為黑猩猩請命

美國非營利動物權組織「非人類權利計畫」本周一、二向法院聲請，要求法院承認黑猩猩為「法人」人，如果法院承認其為法人，黑猩猩就具備基本權利，不會被關。「關係人」是一隻被關在籠子裡、一隻被私人關養。該組織周四還要向法院要求承認另外兩隻被一個研究中心當實驗品的黑猩猩。該組織說，訴狀請求法官賦予黑猩猩「身體自由權」，讓黑猩猩住進收容所安度餘年。
