【動新聞】頂級旅遊走樣　華泰善後沒誠意

【方翊倩／綜合報導】林家一家四口報名華泰旅遊（公司登記為喜美旅行社）的帛琉頂級五日遊行程，未料旅遊時當地導遊任意壓縮並取消部分行程，讓他們大掃遊興！

今日出版的《壹週刊》報導，林太太表示，報名團費一人三萬七千元，「到當地，導遊卻不照行程走，部分活動變樣或取消。」林太太說，她向導遊抱怨不應變更行程等內容，對方都未理會及改善，還有近一天無任何活動，只能在飯店裡乾瞪眼。返國後，林太太請另一旅行社估算未履行及遭變動行程的價值後，向業者求償每人約五千餘元，但業者只願賠二千，雙方協商破裂。

《壹週刊》多次聯繫喜美旅行社，皆未得到業者回覆。林太太得知後，決定向觀光局申訴。
