谷歌攻機器人 大手筆併7企業

（中央社台北5日電）谷歌身為全球網路搜尋龍頭，亟欲拓展新事業，力推機器人計劃，有請Android幕後推手魯賓（Andy Rubin）操刀，谷歌並大手筆併購，將7家企業納入麾下。

根據彭博報導，魯賓3月卸下谷歌公司（GoogleInc.）Android掌門人之位後，轉而領軍機器人計劃，並且不動聲色的在日本與美國併購了多家企業。魯賓人稱「Android之父」，他將Android平台推向顛峰，在行動智慧手機市場取得領先地位。

在魯賓的帶領下，Android平台快速崛起，並且超越蘋果（Apple）iOS，奪下智慧手機七成市占。

谷歌執行長佩吉（Larry Page）對紐約時報（NYT）透露：「我對魯賓的機器人大計感到興奮莫名。魯賓上一個大賭注Android，最初看來十分瘋狂，但最終將超級電腦放進數億人的口袋裡。機器人大計還在初期階段，但我已迫不及待想看未來會有什麼進展。」

總部位在加州山景城（Mountain View）的谷歌，不斷拓展新的事業領域，希望藉此另闢營收管道，並致力保持作為創新企業的優勢，以吸引更多頂尖人才。
