碰到緊急狀況想求救，您知道手機要撥打幾號呢？有民眾打110和119，發現全都轉接到112，可別以為是手機怪怪的，其實當手機沒收訊時，就應該要打112這個內建的緊急號碼，這個號碼就連手機沒裝SIM卡、甚至螢幕沒有解鎖，或者是人在國外，都能立刻接通。

碰到突發緊急狀況要求救，但手機拿起來卻一格收訊都沒有，別以為真的死路一條了，其實就算手機沒收訊，撥打內建緊急號碼112還是會通，但其實很多民眾都不知道。

112這個國際通用的行動通訊系統急難救助號碼，接通後按０會轉接１１０向警局報案，按９換接通消防局１１９勤務中心。

就是算手機沒收訊、手機沒裝SIM卡、甚至連螢幕鎖都還沒解開，都能打的通，就連人在國外112也通用。

112這麼萬能，有民眾質疑為何110和119不能比照辦理，NCC解釋因為112是國際通用緊急通道編碼，要再多加其他號碼 技術上難以做的到。

往後要用手機求救，只要不是手機沒電，撥打112準沒錯。
