去年藝人「動」得好厲害！演藝圈跟運動風，不管是路跑、健身、衝浪、拳擊、瑜伽、籃球、鐵人３項等運動，都有天王、天后、帥哥、美女的身影，甚至端午節划龍舟賽，身材曼妙的豪門少婦賈永婕、名模王麗雅都來參一腳。2014年，如果你還不動起來，就真的落伍啦！

參加路跑的藝人有一拖拉庫，賈永婕、桂綸鎂、張鈞甯、陳意涵、郭書瑤、王麗雅、楊祐寧、姚黛瑋等人都跑跑跑，姚元浩則是路跑、賽車、衝浪的健將，賈永婕因熱中馬拉松和國內外的鐵人３項比賽，鐵人辣媽健康形象深植人心，因此代言滿滿，再創演藝事業高峰。原本熱中健身的肌肉男修杰楷笑說，健身不流行了，現在時尚是跑步！

男藝人瘋健身、追求肌肉線條的仍不少，除何潤東、修杰楷、汪東城、劉田井宏等肌肉掛，天王周董也加入肌肉猛男行列，女藝人隋棠、柯佳嬿、王思平、高宇蓁等人也都練出馬甲線。藝人比帥、比美，還要比健康！
