最近買了小米2s兩個月(買給家人用，但家人網路很少用，只常常用line)
但是小米機的網路一直很奇怪
常常下載新的app卻一直跑不動
明明就是網路吃到飽
但是傳line的訊息什麼的都還是可以傳

然後拿去遠傳問
他幫我連看看他們店的wifi成功的下載後
再連我買的吃到飽網路
就又可以了

但這幾天又開始不行下載

我要一直為了這樣跑去遠傳請他幫忙測或修嗎= =
請問有人知道到底是什麼問題嗎?

如果
不知道是手機問題還是網路問題
我可以要求手機更換或是退掉網路嗎?
