想當小廚娘~請推薦料理用的攪拌棒

小時候會進廚房幫媽媽煮飯，看著看著自己也會慢慢摸索煮東西了
不過媽媽會煮的就是家常菜阿，
西式料理就只能偶爾看TLC或食譜做一些小嘗試
因為想要更進一步
最近報了西式料裡的廚藝班~想要系統的學一下XD
不過因為東西方料理方式不同，不能靠菜刀炒鍋走天下

烤箱和量杯量匙基本上家裡都有了
但像是製做sauce或濃湯，甜點使用的蛋奶糊之類會需要用到的攪拌棒
有沒有比較好用的牌子呢？
之前家裡有一台舊的…被我媽拿來做肥皂做壞了= =
想要買一隻比較勇健的……
